i made a roasted garlic, chickpea dip...pita chips to dip.
a greek style chicken w/ rosemary, bay leaf, white wine....baked and doused w/ lemon juice.
serve w/ rice and green beans....yumo

BTW, next time you have a mind to do "Greek Night", Minos Imported Foods has THE BEST imported Greek feta! They are on Monroe Rd. about a block before Pineville-Matthews Road...just and FYI!
