Tart

Last night I made a really yummy Tomato and Mustard Tart. The recipe is from Patricia Wells Salad as a Meal Cookbook. It's super easy and delicious. We ate it with a green salad!

Black bean burger

We love black bean burgers! I sauté onions, peppers, add to 1can mashed beans, 1egg, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard and bake 350 for 20 minutes. I served with feta, pickle and lettuce. Yum!
We started with a cool cucumber, dill, lemon soup.
