Hillbilly dinner

Hillbilly produce market now has some organic produce...yay!!!
Last night we had roasted Yukon gold potatoes and onions (organic) kale, green leaf salad, roasted acorn squash. Yummy.

Lunch

I have been making LOTS of soup lately. ( I'm sure while my mom was here for the holidays she was probably sick of it!) I can eat it every day. I made a simple vegetable soup with sweet potatoes , potatoes, celery, onions,corn, carrots, fire roasted tomatoes, thyme, and a healthy dose of cayenne and turmeric...
The French like to start their dinner with a small bowl of soup... I think that's a great idea.
