I just made a batch of pickled jalapeños... They turned out really well...guess I need to fix something Mexican tonight!

Wow... I love fresh picked lettuce! We have been eating tons of it lately. Today for lunch... LETTUCE,
Roasted Brussels sprouts and veggie noodle soup.

Hillbilly dinner

Hillbilly produce market now has some organic produce...yay!!!
Last night we had roasted Yukon gold potatoes and onions (organic) kale, green leaf salad, roasted acorn squash. Yummy.
