i was checking out this restaurant in sausalito, ca, that only serves sustainable fish....for REAL...he says it is really hard because people (suppliers, fisherman etc.) aren't always honest. Anyway, Fish Tacos are on the menu so i got really in the mood. i found wild caught (usa) cod....maybe true maybe not. I made chile-lime coleslaw. i used chili garlic sauce.lime juice a little evoo, cilantro. It was pretty spicy...yum. I marinated the fish in ancho-chili powder, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, sesame oil. I let it marinate 20 minutes and broiled until flaky.
