a few dishes i've made

i want to share a few things i cooked and enjoyed...
veggie enchiladas (sprouted these) with a lemony lentil salad.
spaghetti with 5 herb pesto. only used 4...basil, parsley, tarragon, and sage from my garden.

this stuff rocks and lots lower in sodium than most
baguette with roasted tomatoes...sauteed red cabbage, peppers, potatoes (any thing else in fridge i needed to use up) arugula salad! yum!
