my greens in the garden are looking good.but, last night we skipped the greens and had a salad of tomatoes, vidalia green onions, cucumbers and amazing greek evoo and 12 yr old balsamic vinegar from italy (both available @ hillbilly) i sprinkled on a little "farm" cheese from cackleberry farms.
also, oven roasted grateful growers pork chops and sauteed yellow squash. yummy!
