What to do with Grateful Growers Chorizo? Make tacos! Cook chorizo in a skillet and add your favorite toppings to a tortilla. I used Cackleberry cheese, tomato, avocado, cilantro, lime and salsa. All from Hillbilly of course! On the side, I cooked a big pot of black beans. This meal also makes great leftovers.
